Minimum and maximum duration
Define rooms as bookable in set increments, for example 30 minutes, up to a maximum of a set duration such as two hours. This keeps short meetings short and stops a single booking from swallowing the day.
Opening times
Set standard opening times and the system takes them into account automatically. Working days can be defined per room, so a hall that opens on Saturday does not break the rules of an office that does not.
Calendars and addons
Everything revolves around the calendars. Define availability, create bookings, move a booking to another room and set prices by the day of the week. Additional services such as AV equipment or coffee service can be defined as addons, and their effect on price can be set too.
Instant or mediated bookings
Each type of room can be open for instant booking, or set to a mediated flow where an administrator approves the request before it is confirmed. The whole solution sits on Drupal and Drupal Commerce, with the open source BAT booking engine providing the availability logic.
